How does our coaching work?
Our coaching program consists of 10 individual sessions,delivered over a period of 10 to 20 weeks, either in person or remotely.
The coaching begins with a comprehensive assessment, during which we map out your current situation and the key areas of your wellbeing. You will receive a comprehensive workbookto help you start working through different aspects of your life, one step at a time. Along the way, we’ll try out small, practical experiments to help you discover what truly works for you in supporting your energy and wellbeing – without pressure or perfectionism.
The coaching focuses on areas such as:
- Recovery and stress management
- Supporting work endurance and preventing burnout
- Shaping habits and routines in a sustainable way
- Flexible, personalized wellbeing without strict rules
The coaching doesn’t offer ready-made workout or diet plans—instead, it helps you build a balance that suits you and supports your wellbeing in the long run.
If needed and according to your wishes, we can also create a clear program for you to follow step by step. The content of the coaching and the level of practical guidance are always tailored individually – not according to a single formula, but for your life and your goals.
